The tour begins with a direct pickup from your accommodation in the area, then we head towards Cammarata. You will have the opportunity to interact with the farm animals, uncover the secrets of milk production and its derivatives. You will be involved in cheese-making, learning the local methods and witnessing the creation of "ainuzzi," a specialty stretched-curd cheese, shaped by the expert hands of our cheesemaker. His charisma and passion will deeply engage you.

We will proceed with tasting various cheeses and yogurts, also exploring the aromatic and medicinal plants of the area. Later, we will delve into the heart of Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini, two jewels nestled in the Sicani Mountains. We will lose ourselves in the medieval alleys, savoring the unique atmosphere of these historic places. But the experience doesn’t end here: our typical trattoria will surprise you with its zero-kilometer dishes, prepared according to century-old traditional recipes by the grandmother, an option that is suitable for food lovers.
